1. The production methods of molded glass bottles and tube glass bottles are different. The vials are first drawn into glass tubes, which are then made into glass tubes in a vertical turntable machine. Moulded bottles are made in kilns from borax and quartz sand. For the bottle produced by the wire-arranging machine, the tube bottle does not use a mold, only two sets of mold wheels are used, and a complete set of molds is required to form the bottle;
2. The appearance of the molded bottle is different from that of the tube bottle. The tube bottle looks brighter, the thickness is generally between 1.0-1.2mm, and the transparency is good; the surface of the molded bottle is rough, the thickness of the bottle wall is about 2mm, and it is resistant to falling.
3. In terms of the material of the molded bottle and the vial: the vial is generally low borosilicate in China, but high borosilicate and medium borosilicate can also be used, and the molded bottle is made of soda lime glass.
