(1) Measure the outer diameter of the bottle mouth of the glass bottle, use a vernier caliper to measure the closed ring of the bottle mouth of the glass bottle (should violate the suture line), and rotate 180° to measure the large and small values. The average value is the outer diameter of the bottle mouth, the larger value and the small value are within the specified range, otherwise the mouth is flat.
(2) Investigate whether the mouth of the glass bottle is protruding or sinking, whether the bottle body is deformed, and whether there is a bottom protrusion at the bottom of the bottle;
(3) Investigate whether the seams of glass bottles are in good condition, and whether there are seam errors, seam cracks and seam thickness.
(4) Check whether the thread of the glass bottle is uniform, and whether there are cracks, defects or deformation of the threads.
(5) Investigate whether the glass bottle is bright and whether there are bubbles, impurities, cracks and stains.
(6) and measure the flatness of the bottle mouth of the glass bottle, put the glass bottle upside down on the flat plate, select three uniform points on the bottle mouth, and use a feeler gauge to measure the maximum gap between the bottle mouth and the glass, which is the mouth plane unevenness. The flatness of the 314ml bottle mouth is ≤0.3mm; the flatness of the 720ml bottle mouth is ≤0.4mm.
